Booking Procedure
  1. Fill out the Online Rental Application Form below

  2. Once your information and dates are confirmed, we will hold the rental period for you for up to 10 working days. 

  3. Once we receive your booking deposit, your reservations will be confirmed and booked. A booking confirmation will be sent by mail or email, along with the rental agreement and invoice statement will be sent to you.

  4. We require the balance of the payment 30 days prior to the start of your rental.
    On receipt of your signed rental agreement and payment for the final balance, you will receive a cottage information package via mail or email prior to your rental period. The Cottage Information Package will contain details about the cottage, household rules and other information including emergency phone numbers, directions, and instructions for accessing the cottage.

  5. Your security damage deposit will be refunded in full, usually within 2-4 weeks, pending any loss or damages to the rental property or other violations.
We accept the payment by cheques or money order.
